Adcombo is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international licensing framework. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between adcombo and its users. By accessing or using any of the platform's services, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail. adcombo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time — registered users will be notified by email of any changes.

Adcombo's services may only be used for personal entertainment. Using the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

To open an account with adcombo, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. adcombo may request a national ID or passport to verify your age.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created using false information may be closed at any time.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Sharing your password or account access with others is prohibited.
• The phone number and email you provide during registration will be used for communication — please keep them active and accessible.

All financial transactions on adcombo must be conducted through secure, verified channels. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, and USDT.

• Where possible, use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals. If you deposited via bKash, withdraw via bKash as well — this helps prevent money laundering.
• The bKash or Nagad number used for withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Withdrawals to another person's number will not be processed.
• KYC (identity verification) may be required before withdrawals — particularly for larger amounts. A photo of your national ID must be submitted.
• Adcombo does not charge any deposit fees. Any charges applied by third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility.
• If adcombo suspects money laundering or fraud, it is obligated to freeze the transaction and report it to the relevant authorities.

Adcombo's bonuses and promotions are additional benefits for users. However, each bonus comes with its own terms — failing to comply may result in the bonus and any winnings earned from it being forfeited.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses cannot be withdrawn until a specified wagering amount has been met. For example — a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means ৳10,000 must be wagered.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a specific expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Fraudulent use of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — will result in those accounts being closed.
• Bonus Refund: adcombo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time, particularly if the bonus was issued due to a system error.

The following rules apply to all betting on adcombo. They are the same for every user and apply without exception.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a cash-out option is available.
• If a match is abandoned or not completed, all bets on that match are voided and the original stake is refunded.
• Adcombo reserves the right to void the results of any match found to involve match-fixing or sports manipulation.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and a bet is placed at those odds, adcombo may void the bet or settle it at the correct odds.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final — any subsequent changes do not apply.
• Maximum bet limits may vary by market and event. adcombo reserves the right to set limits on any bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on adcombo. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and balances may be forfeited.

Adcombo may suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms — particularly engaging in prohibited activities.
• Registering or completing KYC using false or misleading information.
• If required by a legal authority or as part of an official investigation.
• If the user submits a request to close their own account.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Before closing an account, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw their balance — unless it has been forfeited due to a Terms violation. Users may also close their account at any time by contacting us via live chat.

Adcombo is committed to ensuring the highest level of security and reliability. However, adcombo's liability is limited in certain circumstances:

• If a transaction is delayed due to internet disconnection or a third-party payment gateway issue.
• If placing a bet is not possible due to an unexpected technical error or server downtime.
• Loss or damage to an account resulting from the user leaving their login credentials unsecured.
• In force majeure situations — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or similar events.

Betting is a risky activity — the possibility of loss is always present. adcombo makes no guarantee of winnings and is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting.

Adcombo reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to your registered email — typically 7 days ahead.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you will have the option to close your account.
